How are the items delivered? 
We are currently not offering delivery, you can pick up the orders from the following address:

When can I pick up my order? 

The orders placed between Saturday and Wednesday of the week can be picked up on Friday between 12 pm - 6 pm. 

What is your returns policy? 

As all items are made fresh upon ordering, we are unable to accept returns. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Orders can be canceled up to 2 business days before the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made after this window will be charged the total amount. 

Is there a minimum order requirement? 

The minimum order requirement varies by product. Please take a look at the product description for the minimum order requirement. 

How much notice is needed to place an order? 

The more advance notice, the better! 

• We recommend a 4-5 weeks notice for custom cakes and bulk gift packages. We consider more than 10 gift packages to be bulk. 
• Please provide at least 2 weeks' notice for small gift box orders. 
• For year-round orders or any other smaller orders, please refer to the information in point 2 above,

• I will do my best to accommodate any big orders on short notice ( 5 or fewer than 5 business days). Additional charges may apply based on the order placed. 

Do you require deposits? 

Yes, a 50% deposit is required for custom and bulk orders. For all other orders, full payment is processed at the time of ordering. 

Do you offer Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, or Nut-Free options? 

Most of our products are nut-free, but some do contain nuts. Everything is made in my certified home kitchen, where allergens like milk, wheat, nuts, and soy may be present. Our treats often include ghee (clarified butter), so we cannot offer dairy-free or gluten-free options, but eggless cakes are available upon request. Thank you for understanding!

What kind of Custom cakes do you make for Birthday cakes, wedding cakes, etc.? 

I do a variety of custom cakes ranging from a party of 10-12 people to a large crowd. Please check out the gallery page to see my cake decorating work and reach out by email or contact form to talk further about it! 

Do you use organic ingredients? 

Most of our ingredients—including flour, ghee, cane, and brown sugar—are organic. While some ingredients are non-organic, good quality ingredients are hand-picked.
